I want to lose 40 pounds soon .. help?
I’m 5′5 210.0 pounds I want to lose 40 pounds quickly I’m overweight/obese so the weight will come off fast .. I need exercises to do at the gym and a meal plan .
•OBESE*:
1. 1. Now-a-days, even girls & boys are becoming the victims of hypothyroidism vis-a-vis the interlinked obesity.
2. Here is a remedy: Just press hard Ur right hand palm just below the base of Ur right thumb–with the help of left thumb and vice versa.
