Weight loss boost for me?
I’ve been trying to Lose Weight for nearly a year now. I lost 10lbs a while a go and now i’m stuck. I lose 2 lbs and gain it back all in one day. I’m only eating 1500 HEALTHY calories a day and i work out everyday ( lots of cardio). Is there anything that will give a weight loss boost? I need something to help me lose some again so i don’t get frustrated and give up.
how much cardio are you doing and what type? you’re body might be “used” to the exercises you are doing so you may need to switch it up a bit. do you like jogging? try this-it’s a great workout.
as for the calories-try dropping to 1300/day (if it’s safe for you to do so) and see if that helps.
our bodies often plateu after dieting for so long so you might need to make some minor adjustments to help Jump Start the weight loss again.
